Understanding Your Heart Health: Cardiovascular Screening Tests

A healthy heart is the foundation for a long, active life. Understanding your risk factors for heart disease is important. Proactive screening can empower you to manage your heart health and identify potential concerns. We offer two testing options to help you gain a comprehensive picture of your cardiovascular health.

Complete Heart Health Test: Labcorp OnDemand’s expanded heart health test measures key indicators to help understand your risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and developing Type 2 diabetes. Key indicators measured include apolipoprotein B (ApoB), Diabetes Risk Index (DRI), GlycA, cholesterol and lipids. Only Labcorp offers testing for GlycA and DRI, providing a more comprehensive risk assessment of cardiovascular disease and Type 2 diabetes.

Standard Heart Health Test: This heart function test measures cholesterol, triglycerides and inflammation as a general assessment to your heart disease risk.
