Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement

1. Subscription Benefits

To support your ongoing health, you may subscribe to a specific test through Labcorp OnDemand. A discount applies to all tests eligible for subscription. Labcorp OnDemand reserves the right to change the subscription price or discount at any time, without notice. You can choose a subscription frequency of one (1), three (3), six (6), or twelve (12) months. The subscription price includes taxes and shipping fees, if applicable. You can edit your subscription on your Subscriptions page. Multiple subscriptions for the same test are not permitted, but there is no limit to the number of subscriptions you can have at one time. Subscribing to a test does not prevent one-time purchases of the same test. Promo codes are not eligible for use on subscription products.

2. Automatic Payments and Cancellation

All Labcorp OnDemand subscriptions will remain active until canceled or terminated. The payment method on file will be charged on your billing date until you cancel the subscription, at the frequency you selected. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll continue to receive any orders already processed before cancellation. You must edit or cancel your subscription by 4 pm EST on your billing date to avoid being charged. If we’re unable to process your automatic payment, you have eight (8) business days to update your payment information. If you don’t update your payment information within eight (8) business days, your subscription will be canceled. Deleting the payment method associated with your subscription will result in automatic cancellation of the subscription.

3. Eligible Purchases

Not all Labcorp OnDemand products are eligible for subscription. Only tests displaying the Subscribe for Savings option are eligible. Labcorp OnDemand reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue eligibility for subscription at any time, without prior notice.

4. Test Expiration

In-person lab tests are only valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After one (1) year, your purchase will be void and you can no longer visit the lab for testing or receive a refund.

5. Refunds

In-Person Lab Tests

There is a $20 non-refundable administrative and provider order fee for all tests. You may request a refund of the purchase price less the non-refundable fee within one (1) year of your purchase, if you haven’t yet provided your test sample. Tests are only valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After one (1) year, your purchase will be void and you can no longer visit the lab for testing or receive a refund. 
 


At-Home Test Kits

There is a $45 non-refundable kit fee for all tests. You may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase if you haven’t yet submitted your sample to the lab. Samples that have already been submitted for testing cannot be cancelled or refunded. Exception: If you’re purchasing the Men's Rapid Fertility Test, Men's Rapid Fertility Test Refill Kit, or the First To Know® Syphilis Test all sales are final.

6. Termination by Labcorp OnDemand

Labcorp OnDemand reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

7. Right to Change Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement

Labcorp OnDemand may, at any time and from time to time, in its sole discretion, change the Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement, in whole or in part. You agree to review the Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement periodically. Any changes to the Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement will be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement. You agree to comply with, and be bound by, the modified Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement by continuing your subscriptions.
