If you ordered a Lab Test:
Your order requires a visit to a Labcorp location. For faster service, please make an appointment at one of our many locations. Upon arrival, please be prepared to show a photo ID (including name and date of birth) for the person taking the test.
If you ordered a Home Collection Test:
