The following policy applies to purchases made through pixel.labcorp.com and ondemand.labcorp.com.
For testing with collection at a Labcorp location
Test purchases are only valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After six (6) months, your purchase will be void and you will no longer be able to visit the lab for testing. Refunds are not provided for purchases that have been voided.
For purchases made on pixel.labcorp.com and ondemand.labcorp.com, within six (6) months or purchase you may request a refund of your test purchase amount less a physician order fee ($6.50 for non COVID-19 testing; $5.50 for COVID-19 testing), provided that you have not visited a lab to provide your sample(s) for testing. Refunds cannot be made after six (6) months from the purchase.
If you have already visited a Labcorp location and provided your sample(s) for testing, we cannot cancel your test or refund your payment. Testing will be completed and results will be available in your Labcorp OnDemand account.
For testing with an at-home collection kit
Important to note:
Within 60 days of purchase, you may request a refund of your purchase amount less a $29.00 kit fee, provided that your sample has not been submitted to the lab. If your sample has already been submitted for testing, we cannot cancel your purchase or refund your payment. Testing will be completed and results will be available in your Labcorp OnDemand account. If we receive a sample for which a refund has been processed, we will not test the sample nor provide results.
If you do not receive your kit, or the kit arrives damaged or is missing components, you may request a replacement kit or a full refund by contacting Customer Support within 60 days of the purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of unused kits. If you do not wish to proceed with testing, we ask that you dispose of your kit(s).
For bulk orders of the COVID-19 Test Collection kits, there are no cancellations or returns after the collection kits have shipped.
Any refunds provided under this policy will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase and will be processed by Customer Support within three (3) business days of confirmation of refund eligibility.
